For Schools

Asthma is the most common chronic disease in children. On average, in a classroom of 30 children, three are likely to have asthma (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). You can learn more about creating an asthma-friendly school by visiting the CDC’s Asthma in Schools page.

Please visit one of our community partners, AIRE Nebraska, for Nebraska-specific resources related to managing asthma in schools.
